Building services engineer (m/f/d)

Technical responsibility for all systems and methods in the areas of FM (Facility Management) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning). Ensuring the implementation of legal and company-internal occupational safety guidelines to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases. Regular communication of occupational safety topics and conducting occupational safety training based on risk assessments. Implementation of all global company standards and legal regulations and norms within the area of responsibility. Creation and maintenance of SOPs, maintenance plans, operating instructions, training plans and training courses, etc. Processing and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and technical notifications (TM). Continuous optimization of processes and working methods. Management of projects and sub-projects within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium der FachrichtungVerfahrenstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Lüftungstechnik o. ä.
• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Lüftungstechniko. ä., idealerweise in einer regulierten Branche, z. B.Pharma oder Medizintechnik
• Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien und Prozessoptimierungen
• Internationale Projekterfahrung mit praktischer Tätigkeit
• NachweislicheErfolgein der Kostenoptimierung und Prozessverbesserung
• VerhandlungssichereDeutschkenntnisse in Wort undSchrift
• Transversale Führungserfahrung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
