Building Services Project Managers, Electrical or HVAC

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead electrical or HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Implement projects technically and financially, managing schedules, materials, and procurement.
• Coordinate additional and change works, ensuring project scope is maintained.
• Supervise installation teams on site.
• Work on diverse new build and renovation projects, including commercial, office, hospital, data‑center, and industrial sites.

Qualifications and Skills

• Suitably advanced degree in building services engineering.
• Prior experience as a technician is advantageous but not required.
• Driver’s license, access to a car, and willingness to travel across Finland.
• Deterministic approach, strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer‑oriented working style.
• Independent, goal‑oriented work habits.
• Security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate with their consent.

Location and Work Arrangement

Permanent positions in Kuopio, Mikkeli, or Joensuu. Work may be onsite or remote, with occasional travel across Finland.
