Business Advisor (m/f)

In this role, you act as a key driver for Market Access initiatives across Europe within MEXD, shaping how Energy Management interfaces with customers, markets, and regulators. You’ll coordinate cross-country implementations, align commercial and regulatory activities, and help scale VPP, flexibility services, and market offerings. You will work with multi-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable processes and to seize opportunities in new markets. • Coordinate Market Access implementation across multiple markets with governance and stakeholder engagement
• Design, implement and rollout market access capabilities covering onboarding, market participation, settlement and invoicing
• Lead Poland Market Access implementation while identifying synergies with other markets and reusing solutions
• Maintain implementation roadmaps, risk management, and decision forums across countries
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Origination, NPAI, Market Access, Operations, Technology, external partners) for market launches
• Interface between local countries and central implementation teams ensuring regulatory alignment and standard European operating models
• Support VPP, flexibility and ancillary services market access across markets
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, harmonisation and automation of market access processes
• Build relationships with customers, regulators, grid operators, aggregators and market operators
• Support future market expansion assessments, planning and implementation across Europe

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Energy Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of European energy markets, market access models and energy trading value chains
• Proven experience leading complex business implementation, transformation or market entry projects
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programmes with commercial, operational, regulatory and technology stakeholders
• Strong project and programme management skills with ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
• Experience designing and optimising business processes, operating models and customer-facing services
• Excellent stakeholder management across organisational levels and geographies
• Experience in renewables, flexibility services, VPP, ancillary services or related areas is highly desirable
• Understanding governance, risk management, reporting and change management practices
• Structured, analytical approach with problem-solving and prioritisation
• Self-driven and comfortable in high-ambiguity environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for aligning diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (Polish, Dutch, German) advantageous
