Business Analyst and Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve business processes, turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions.
• Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals remain on track.
• Collaborate closely with developers to support the introduction of new systems and further development of existing ones (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, the Parts Europe webshop) and clarify process‑related questions.
• Connect teams across departments to maintain clear communication and unified direction.
• Create reports and documentation that keep stakeholders informed and help identify risks early.
• Support smooth transitions by updating process guidelines and training colleagues on new systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in business information systems, informatics, economics, or a similar field.
• At least two years of experience in comparable roles such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
• Analytical mindset with experience in requirements engineering, process mapping, or process optimisation.
• Practical experience running workshops and developing clear, well‑structured business requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage.
• Preferably knowledge of logistics, customs, supply chain management or warehouse management.
