How you will contribute:

• Analyze calculations, investigate bugs, and propose new processes to solve complex problems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, addressing questions and suggestions.
• Prioritize feature requests and bug fixes using a ticketing system.

Write technical specifications to communicate required changes to developers.

• Test software changes in a beta environment to ensure correctness.
• Coordinate with new clients to configure software and provide training.
