Задачи:

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Communicate with clients and internal teams
• Define project scope and manage stakeholders
• Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
• Participate in UAT and acceptance testing

Требования:

• 4+ Years of Business Analyst experience
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Strong business and system analysis skills
• Understanding of SDLC
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and third-party integrations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with requirements documentation and UAT
• English B2+
• Nice to have: Enterprise CRM experience, marketing automation knowledge, experience in international distributed teams
