Mission Description – Intervention Scope

• Understand and analyze the requirements of operational teams and business lines in finance, banking services, CTO, and regulatory reporting, providing solutions or improvements to existing applications. Knowledge of the Olympic system is required.
• Participate in test campaigns.
• Ensure that final implementations meet requester requirements while meeting agreed quality, time, cost, and security constraints.

Results Expected / Deliverables

• Work on the client’s systems and tools, namely Olympic and Fire.
• Conduct feasibility studies for the project in conjunction with the business line.
• Analyze and critically evaluate requirements formulated by the business line.
• Design solutions that fit requirements, business, and IT strategy.
• Study optimal functional/technical solutions, integration, and operational industrialization.
• Evaluate risks and ensure solution viability, usability, and durability.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional/technical specifications understandable for developers.
• Perform reverse engineering to improve processes.
• Define test scenarios.
• Execute or assist users in UAT phase.
