Business Analyst – Order To Cash

Responsibilities

• You develop, implement and continuously improve our end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes together with the Director Commercial Operations Order to Cash
• You drive multiple process and transformation workstreams while ensuring successful implementation and sustainable process improvements
• You analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities and translate findings into practical solutions
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient SAP-supported business processes across the entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• You support the integration of Master Data Management into our future Order-to-Cash operating model while establishing clear governance structures
• You create process documentation, KPIs and operating standards while supporting the successful adoption of new processes

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Finance or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Business Process Management, Commercial Operations or Process Excellence
• You bring solid SAP experience, ideally covering Sales Order Management, Master Data, Pricing and Billing
• You have experience driving process improvements, transformation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy working with international stakeholders.

Demonstrates expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, Business Process Management, and SAP systems, with a strong focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in creating process documentation and KPIs while effectively communicating in both German and English.
