Responsibilities

Take responsibility for process components as part of an agile team
Translate business and technical requirements between clients and the development team
Keep the backlog in view and evaluate requirements based on customer value and cost-effectiveness
Take into account internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Develop solution sketches together with the cross-functional team
Elaborate features and user stories
Act as the contact person for the UI/UX of process tools and their documentation
Advise users and ensure the use and continuous improvement of process components throughout the product lifecycle
Support the acceptance of new features through to productive deployment
Execute application tests and coordinate with test management

Requirements

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or a commercial banking qualification, and several years of relevant professional experience
Good understanding of business processes with intuitive UI/UX logic
Ideally experience with regulatory requirements and audit-compliant operation
Experienced in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
Experience in formulating features and user stories
Proficient with Confluence, Jira, and Figma
Strong affinity for digital process solutions, new technologies, usability, and design
Experience with workflow/process systems, e.g., BPMN-based engines, is a plus
Business-fluent German (at least C1 level)
Good English skills (B2 level)
Enjoy working in a cross-functional, agile team
High quality and sense of responsibility, strong conceptual skills, creativity, and innovation
