Overview

In this role, you bridge data and business to boost procurement performance across Europe. You’ll partner with Strategic Buyers and Procurement Management to translate data into actionable insights, helping the team understand both what is happening and why, and driving commercial decisions. You’ll shape dashboards and analytics that illuminate supplier profitability and procurement KPIs, enabling tangible business impact. This role offers a meaningful mission: optimize procurement for a leading European e-pharmacy. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Analyze key procurement KPIs (supplier profitability, purchasing conditions, bonuses, payment terms, volumes, direct share)
Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for procurement performance
Act as analytical partner to Strategic Buyers and Procurement Management
Translate data into clear recommendations to improve supplier profitability and procurement performance
Prepare fact-based analyses for supplier negotiations and business reviews
Perform cross-country analyses to identify best practices and opportunities across European markets
Collaborate with Finance/Controlling, Demand & Supply, Data/BI to align requirements
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and translate needs for technical development

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or comparable field
Experience in BI/Analytics or consulting with a business-facing role
Hands-on Power BI and SQL experience
Strong Excel skills and KPI management understanding
Analytical and commercial mindset with ability to present findings
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in Procurement, retail, e-commerce, or consulting is a plus
Structured, proactive, solution-oriented with ownership mindset
Very good English; German is a plus
