Hier gestalte ich mit Hilfe von nutzerzentriertem Anforderungsmanagement die Digitalisierung der Systemführung für die Energiewende aktiv mit. Mit den richtigen Tools zu Requirements Engineering und Methoden der Business Analyse begleite ich fachlich anspruchsvolle Themen wie z. B. Lastflussberechnungen und Netzanalysen. Ich verbinde mein ingenieurwissenschaftliches bzw. mathematisches Fachverständnis mit professioneller Business Analyse. Ich arbeite eng mit Kolleg*innen aus der Systemführung, der Netzberechnung und dem Control Center zusammen und begleite fachlich anspruchsvolle Themen. Ich strukturiere komplexe energiewirtschaftliche Prozessabläufe und unterstütze mit meiner Anforderungsaufnahme bei der Entscheidungsfindung für innovative Lösungen.

Meine Aufgaben

• Erhebung, Analyse, Strukturierung und Konsolidierung komplexer Anforderungen im Umfeld der elektrotechnischen Systemführung, Netzberechnung und energiewirtschaftlicher Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktteam, Softwareentwicklung und Key Usern (u. a. Control Center der Systemführung),
• Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgbarkeit, Konsistenz und Qualität von Anforderungen über den gesamten Produkt- und Entwicklungslebenszyklus hinweg,
• Definition, Priorisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Anforderungen (u. a. User Stories, Epics und Use Cases) im Kontext der elektrischen Systemführung, Netzleittechnik und energiewirtschaftlichen Prozesse,
• Einführung und Anwendung geeigneter Methoden und Tools sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices - als Teil des Chapter Business Enablement,
• Enge Abstimmung und fortlaufende Kommunikation mit Entwicklungsteams (u. a. Solution Architect, Data Analyst) und Product Owner, um Releases zu sichern und Entwicklungsprozesse zu optimieren,
• Durchführung von Workshops sowie anschließende Ergebnisaufbereitung.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Energie- und Umwelttechnik) oder in einem anderen MINT-Fach wie z. B. Physik, Mathematik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften,
• Erste Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer und/oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit einem der Schwerpunkte Anforderungsmanagement, Systemanalyse, Use Case Analyse, Prozessanalyse,
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösefähigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassung von komplexen Prozessen, um Anforderungen klar zu strukturieren und zu priorisieren,
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen und energiewirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zwischen Netzbetrieb, Systemführung und IT-Systemen zu verstehen,
• Verhandlungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke mit internen und externen Stakeholdern,
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse der elektrischen Systemführung, Netzplanung, Netzanalyse oder energiewirtschaftlicher Marktprozesse,
• Methodische und praktische Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering (z. B. durch Zertifizierungen in IREB, CPRE und Erfahrung mit BABOK),
• Erste Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI zur Unterstützung komplexer fachlicher Analysen, Anforderungsmanagement und Wissensmanagement,
• Erfahrung im Umfeld von Übertragungs- oder Verteilnetzbetreibern, Energieversorgern, Beratungen oder Softwareunternehmen mit energiewirtschaftlichem Fokus.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
