Business Analyst, Revenue OKP

You will work on varied tasks in the area of revenue and booking, including its many business and technical interfaces.
A central part of your role is performing functional analysis of customer requests, developing functional specifications and technical concepts to solve complex issues in the revenue and booking domain.
You will liaise with business units to ensure the feasibility of requirements.
The customer is at the center of your actions: you identify, analyze and resolve requests and incidents according to their priority.
To continuously improve our applications and services, you contribute your expertise to development and maintenance as an active member of an agile team and take on cross-cutting topics with commitment.
You support testing activities and create test cases, test data and test documentation across the different test levels during development to ensure quality assurance.

Requirements

You hold a degree in (business) informatics / computer science or alternatively a degree in banking/finance with several years of professional experience.
You have solid technical knowledge and ideally experience in application development, for example working with relational databases and designing microservices. Ideally you have applied your experience in the banking and finance sector.
You have practical knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology.
You possess fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level).
You are curious, detail-oriented, creative, have a critical eye and the willingness to question apparent facts.
You are a team player, highly committed, show initiative and have a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
