What you'll do

• Analyze and optimize processes within the customer portal to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the customer portal, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Support the implementation of new features and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
