Overview

In this role, you will design and optimize global finance processes within the ERP ecosystem to support scalable, compliant finance operations. You work with Finance, Accounting and Digital Transformation teams to translate needs into robust ERP solutions. You’ll drive process improvements and large-scale transformations, shaping the ERP roadmap for Finance. You collaborate across Global DX and business functions to deliver end-to-end, high-quality finance capabilities.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Analyze global finance processes with stakeholders to identify improvements and define future-state solutions
Design high-level ERP solutions and translate requirements into functional specs and implementation concepts
Drive finance process optimization and continuous improvement of global Finance and Accounting processes
Contribute to large-scale transformation programs with business cases, designs, and implementation activities
Act as trusted advisor to business partners and shape the Finance ERP roadmap
Coordinate solution implementation with internal teams, external service providers, and partners
Perform SAP Finance customization and oversee related development activities
Provide 2nd level support and contribute to incident, problem, and access management
Collaborate across Global DX and other functions to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions
Monitor applications and interfaces to ensure stable, compliant Finance operations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
8-10+ years of SAP ERP Finance experience with strong Finance and Controlling knowledge
Proven ERP transformation, process improvement, or digitalization experience in international organizations
Strong SAP Finance knowledge (FI and CO); experience with SAP PS, Central Finance, SAC, Group Reporting, OpenText, DRC, or Treasury is advantageous
Experience with senior stakeholders and managing external vendors or partners
Solid governance, compliance, documentation, and regulated environments knowledge (JSOX, GxP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a consulting mindset
Ability to influence across functions, cultures, and regions
Customer-focused, self-driven, flexible, results-oriented
Fluent English; German/Japanese/other European languages a plus
