Salary: Due to expansion there are a number of positions across different experience levels. There is a broad budget to remain competitive in the market with a target bonus of 15%.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for experienced Business Analysts to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping deliver innovative digital transformation projects.

What we're looking for

• Experience in enterprise software business architecture, with relevant delivery experience.
• Proven ability to define business application solutions across multiple workstreams or regions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop requirements that maximize use of base functionality.
• Effective communicator with customer program management, architects, and development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and hybrid cloud implementation strategies.
• Involvement in pre‑sales, including reviewing value delivery of proposed solution.
• Ability to lead and inspire others through collaboration.
• Travel for onsite client engagements as required (up to 50%).
• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data‑driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• German language.
