As an online, freelance Speexx Business Coach, you empower clients to uncover their own solutions to professional development challenges, guiding their journey and holding them accountable for progress. You work within Speexx’s coaching ecosystem, collaborating with clients and the platform to deliver impactful development experiences. You’ll apply proven coaching frameworks and online delivery skills to help clients achieve measurable improvements. • Coach clients effectively in an online setting
• Guide clients to define goals and actionable steps
• Hold clients accountable for progress and outcomes
• Apply coaching frameworks (e.g., SMART, GROW) and journaling techniques
• Deliver coaching services online with empathy and strong listening
• Coordinate with the Speexx Matchmaker and platform resources to connect clients
• Maintain professional standards incl. confidentiality and data protection
• Continuously update knowledge in coaching topics and present relevant resources

• ICF PCC or EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner or equivalent accreditation
• 500+ hours of business coaching experience
• Significant corporate experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• C2 level in the languages coached
• CEFR B2 or higher level of English (Speexx admin language)
• Fulfillment of Technical Specifications listed by Speexx
