We are now looking for a Business Controller to join our New Ventures & Services unit.
New Ventures & Services unit drives innovation growth beyond our current core business offerings, focusing on adjacent markets, emerging technologies, and new service models. Our work spans from exploring and scouting to commercialization of new growth opportunities in areas such as adjacent technologies for water treatment (for example, new micropollutant treatment solutions), renewable solutions for the fiber economy, as well as opening new growth avenues for Kemira's core technologies and expertise across emerging industries like textile fibers and the battery value chain. The unit also leads the portfolio, development and growth of digital solutions and services that creates added value for both existing as well new customers.
The Business Controller acts as a key business partner to the New Ventures and Services leadership team, driving growth, shaping investment decisions, and supporting the development of new business ventures. Beyond a traditional business controlling role, this role helps shape Kemira's future growth portfolio, combining financial expertise with strategic thinking, commercial insight, and analytical capabilities to identify value creation opportunities, to guide decision-making and to ensure disciplined execution of innovation and growth initiatives.
The position can be based at one of Kemira's key office locations in EMEA.
