Responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential customers for account‑management teams and build professional relationships to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Conduct business‑development activities within a defined customer segment to support business strategy.
• Identify tender opportunities, participate in tender response preparation, and negotiate with prospective customers.
• Generate new customer contact leads for the sales and business‑development team.
• Proactively support and develop potential projects with assigned customers and present them to the sales‑development team.
• Build personal customer relationships to influence business opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, present new products to increase visibility, and prepare workshops for assigned customers.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; advanced skills combined with practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in account management and customer relationship management.
• Strong ability to represent the company's interests and build business relationships to improve account management performance.
• Knowledge of Carrier programs or systems and ability to improve and apply them in daily work.
