Business Developer Manager – Baden-Württemberg – Up to €100,000 + Bonus (d / m / w)

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, applications, and market segments
• Establish, nurture, and expand strong relationships with strategic customers and distribution partners
• Design and execute initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and improving overall profitability
• Monitor and evaluate industry developments, client needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions
• Provide active support to the sales team in client engagements, including project work, presentations, and technical sessions
• Work closely with both regional and international teams to drive effective market expansion and alignment
• Act as a company representative at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer-facing events

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• 3+ years of professional experience in business development, customer acquisition, and account management within the Industrial domain
• Solid understanding of products and markets related to electromechanical components
• Strong customer focus combined with excellent negotiation, sales, and relationship management capabilities
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings (Up to 20% - within 300Km)
• Fluent in German and English is mandatory
