Role Overview

Are you interested in practical development work? Are you analytical and systematic, and able to see tasks through to completion? We are now looking for a Business Developer to strengthen the Claims Center. In this role, you will implement development ideas and create tangible business benefits with various stakeholders. As a Business Developer at Claims Center, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end project execution—from idea generation to implementation and results monitoring. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward practically. Your tasks include identifying development opportunities through data and business understanding, building business cases, assessing impacts, leading and coordinating cross‑functional projects, and ensuring benefits are realized.

Responsibilities

Identify development opportunities through data analysis and business understanding.
Build business cases for proposed initiatives.
Assess impacts and value creation of projects.
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects from concept through implementation.
Monitor results and ensure benefits are realized.

Qualifications

At least 3 years leading development projects or initiatives.
Strong project management skills and experience with IT development projects.
Ability to turn data analysis into concrete actions.
Understanding of different systems and processes, fast learning.
Ability to identify AI opportunities and develop practical, value‑creating solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
Relevant university degree.
