Job Description

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme with two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. It provides hands‑on experience with real business projects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision‑making. Participants receive a permanent contract from the start.

We are recruiting a Graduate for the Cluster Strategy Development assignment focused on shaping the future of the Ransbach Cluster. Participants must also be open to spending the second year in a different cluster outside their initial region.

Your Impact in This Role

Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Ransbach Cluster. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market and customer analysis to identify sustainable growth opportunities
• Analyzing product portfolio performance, including margins, BOM, and cost optimization
• Supporting quarry footprint strategy (which sites to expand, maintain, or divest)
• Collaborating with commercial, operational, and geological teams
• Managing project timelines and coordinating stakeholders
• Translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in engineering, geology, mining, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to structure complex topics and derive clear insights
• Interest in operations, strategy, and industrial environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Driving licence required
