The Role

We are expanding our presence in the German market and looking for an experienced Area Manager with a strong background in the commercial fitness industry to lead our business development activities in Germany.

This is a strategic B2B sales role focused on developing business relationships, identifying new opportunities and managing commercial fitness projects.

We are looking for someone who understands the German fitness market, has experience working with gym owners, investors, distributors and fitness operators, and knows how commercial fitness equipment purchasing decisions are made.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, an established professional network, excellent sales skills and the ambition to develop EVOLVE Fitness into a recognised brand in Germany.

What You Will Do

• Develop and expand EVOLVE Fitness business activities across Germany, targeting commercial gyms, fitness chains, hotels, wellness and rehabilitation centres, sports clubs and new fitness facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, investors, fitness operators, distributors and key decision-makers.
• Advise clients on gym development, training floor planning, equipment selection and return on investment.
• Identify new gym openings, renovations, expansions and equipment replacement opportunities.
• Develop and manage a network of business partners, distributors and dealers throughout Germany.
• Present EVOLVE Fitness equipment and complete gym solutions to potential clients.
• Organise product presentations, client meetings and facility visits.
• Collaborate with our international sales, design and technical teams on 2D/3D gym layouts, quotations and project proposals.
• Negotiate and close B2B sales agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities within the German fitness industry.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and sustainable market growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional B2B sales experience in commercial fitness equipment or the commercial fitness industry (equipment manufacturers, distributors, gym chains or fitness facility development).
• Strong understanding of the German commercial fitness market, industry trends and competitors.
• Existing business relationships with gym owners, fitness chains, investors or key decision-makers in Germany would be a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, acquire clients and close B2B deals.
• Experience representing fitness equipment brands or participating in gym equipment and facility planning projects.
• Fluent German and good professional English communication skills.
• Based in Germany and willing to travel across the country for customer meetings.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• An independent, proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.

Cooperation & Compensation

Depending on mutual agreement, cooperation may be structured as:

Option 1 – Independent Sales Partnership (Commission-Based)

Earn an agreed commission percentage on the sales you generate for EVOLVE Fitness. This model is ideal for experienced fitness industry professionals with an established network of gym owners, investors and commercial fitness operators in Germany.

Option 2 – Area Manager (Fixed Salary + Sales Commission)

Receive a fixed monthly salary combined with additional sales commissions based on your results. This model is ideal for professionals looking to develop the German market and build a long-term career with EVOLVE Fitness.

The final cooperation model, compensation package and commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon individually, based on experience, business connections and responsibilities.
