Business Development for Data & AI (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the business development and sales strategy for the Advanced Data Analytics team, shaping how analytics services create value for clients. You represent the firm as a data & AI thought leader at events, expanding the network and market positioning. You develop customised data-driven strategies and lead growth in service offerings, while co-leading a team and shaping talent development. You collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact and partner with cross-functional teams to scale analytics solutions.

• Shape and execute the business development and sales strategy for Advanced Data Analytics
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
• Represent the firm as a thought leader for Data & AI at conferences and events
• Develop and present customised data-driven strategies leveraging advanced analytics and AI
• Drive sales success, market positioning and service offering expansion
• Co-lead a team of high potentials and support their development
• Support targeted recruitment in collaboration with People & Culture
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to form strategic partnerships and ensure business value

• University degree with excellent grades in a relevant analytical field (Master, MBA or PhD advantageous)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data science, business analytics, data technology consulting, or related areas
• Proven experience in team coordination and leadership
• Experience in web, marketing and sales analytics with knowledge of Google Analytics and tools like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Hubspot
• Expertise with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel; strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of analytics tech stacks and languages (Python, R, SQL, Scikit-Learn, JupyterLab) and software development workflows (Git, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD); basic cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) advantageous
• Strong customer focus and hands-on team player attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
