Responsibilities

• Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross‑functional settings
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
• Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams within the ABOUT YOU core business
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and translate insights into action
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from all backgrounds & hierarchies
• Identify and analyze relevant KPIs and deduce concrete actions to develop our company

Qualifications

• Strong academic track record at a top university
• Several years of practical experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy or other fast‑paced environments
• Very good analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers / business modelling
• Empathy & communication skills – you get along well, communicate effectively and drive results with all kinds of stakeholders & personalities
• Strong intrinsic motivation with a bias for action and willingness to take ownership
• Growth mindset & willingness to learn something everyday
• Can do mentality – you don’t stop at obstacles but strive for alternate solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) – AI literacy is a big plus
