Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence within the cloud and telecommunications sector, focusing on the promotion and sales of our company's product portfolio (e.g., cloud services, hardware, and solutions).
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers on the client and partner side, identifying and cultivating collaborative opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies for clients, aligning internal and external resources to achieve business targets.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to ensure customized solutions meet client's specific requirements.
• Represent industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the telecommunications industry, including a strong understanding of cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) or established connections with major telecommunications providers.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic client relationships, along with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Teamwork, customer orientation, and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and German (business proficiency in both), enabling seamless communication with local teams and clients.
