business development manager for brand consultancy

MetaDesign is an international brand consultancy and part of Publicis Groupe. It helps companies transform into the markets of tomorrow by developing sustainable brands and coherent experiences across design, communication, digital platforms, stores, trade fairs, and exhibitions.

Задачи:

• Identify and develop market and customer potential; conduct market and competitor research
• Develop and implement sales initiatives, customer acquisition events, and internal roadshows
• Manage customer contacts and continuously expand the network
• Qualify customer inquiries and provide content-related advice on project procedures and processes
• Manage and support national and international tenders and pitches
• Manage customer contacts during the initiation phase and support operational teams in preparing offers
• Prepare for and attend customer meetings
• Attend industry trade fairs, congresses, and conferences
• Collaborate with Publicis Groupe agencies on joint pitches
• Prepare contracts and participate in contract negotiations and NDA negotiations
• Prepare project documentation, agency presentations, and reports
• Maintain contact databases, including Salesforce

Требования:

• Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field
• 2-5 Years of professional experience in business development, client services, consulting, project management, or account management
• Passion for brands, communication, strategy, and creative processes
• Good understanding of current market and digital trends
• Enjoy building relationships and communicating with clients and partners
• Confidence in presentations and client conversations
• Fluent German and English
• Structured and proactive working style; enjoy collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
