Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceIdentify, target and secure new customers and application opportunities across the Non-Food segments in Europe, including Plastics, Personal care and adjacent marketsDrive new business development while managing selected strategic accountsBuild and maintain a strong and accurately forecasted sales pipeline, from lead generation through contract closureLead customer meetings and commercial discussions with a strong technical foundation in polymer technologiesTranslate customer needs into value driven solution proposals in collaboration with Application, R&D and Product Management teamsSupport the commercial introduction and rollout of new innovationsMonitor market trends and competitive movements to uncover new growth opportunitiesEnsure accurate opportunity tracking and reporting through CRM systemsWhat Makes You the Right FitDegree in Polymer Technology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldStrong technical understanding of polymers/ biopolymers and polymer based applications in commercial settingsProven experience in technical sales, account management or similar commercial roles within Personal Care ingredients, specialty chemicals, or formulation‑driven industriesA proactive, opportunity oriented commercial mindset with strong relationship building skillsAbility to convey technical concepts in a clear and customer-oriented mannerComfortable working independently across multiple EMEA marketsSelf driven and structured approach to managing priorities and customer engagementsFluent English communication skills, additional European language skills are an advantageWillingness to travel across the region at least 50% of the timeHow You Would Stand OutExperience across industrial non‑food segments with polymer‑based applications, including but not limited to plastics and personal care.Strong critical and strategic mindset for evaluating technical commercial opportunitiesSkilled in building long-term partnerships in diverse cultural contextsWhy Choose Us?A key commercial role in a strategically significant growth areaCollaboration with experienced technical, application and commercial expertsBroad exposure to diverse European markets and customer environmentsOpportunities for continuous professional developmentAttractive compensation and benefits designed to support your well-beingA purpose driven, inclusive workplace where your expertise creates impactFor your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners.
