Business Development Manager - Interior Textiles

Pyou UK, an international recruitment agency, is supporting an established Italian textile company with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager for the German, Austrian, and German-speaking Swiss markets.

This is a field-based commercial role for a candidate with experience in furnishing fabrics and the interior design sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with interior design studios and existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through showroom meetings, client visits, networking, and market research.
• Organize regular customer visits and travel independently throughout the region.
• Manage and develop relationships with multi-brand agents and partners.
• Represent the brand professionally with strong product knowledge.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in sales within interior textiles , furnishing fabrics, furniture, or interior decoration.
• Strong understanding of furnishing fabrics and the interior design industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Existing network within the interior design or architecture sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Independent, proactive, and highly goal-oriented.

What We Offer:

• Salary: €60.000 gross/year + performance bonus
