Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Europe

Independent, home-based leadership role focused on growing Europe-wide business for a global precision components supplier. You will drive strategic development, manage OEM sales, and collaborate with international engineering and production teams to deliver growth. • Strategic and operational development of the European business with P&L responsibility
• Manage and expand the existing OEM customer base and acquire new ones in Europe
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on proposals through to start of series production
• Collaborate with engineering, production and management across Asia and the Americas
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth initiatives to implement the European strategy

• Completed technical degree or technical training in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, or manufacturing engineering
• Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, ideally stamping, injection moulding, or assembly
• Strong sales aptitude with proven success in international B2B OEM sales
• High self-organization and entrepreneurial initiative
• Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel internationally
