About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager 𝗗𝗔𝗖𝗛 Region in Workforce Management Solutions with proven experience for selling these solutions across Europe. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions with proven experience in the DACH Market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients within the European Security Sector focus on Workforce Management solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and develop tailored sales strategies.
• Activate and use existing networks: Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to identify new opportunities and build trust with potential clients.
• Manage sales pipeline: Track sales opportunities, forecast revenue, and manage the pipeline to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide product demonstrations: Present our company’s products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the European Security sector.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: Work closely with engineering, product management, and other departments to ensure successful sales execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling workforce management solutions.
• Proven experience in the HR System Market with deep industry understanding.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in sales, business development, or account management within the security market.
• Experience selling Access Control Solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to varied audiences.
• Relationship building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Technical aptitude: Basic understanding of security systems and technologies.
