Business Development & Operations Project Manager (All Genders)
Working with The Body Clinic
Job Description
Location Remote within Germany, optionally 1–2days per week at our Berlin office Workload Part-time or full-time, 80–100% Start Date by arrangement Focus Business development, operations, and project management
For 15years, The Body Clinic has been a leading network for aesthetic treatments and modern, medically grounded health programs. With roots in the Netherlands, we have been active in Germany since 2025 — including in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Frankfurt, as well as nationwide through telemedicine.
We are looking for an analytical, execution-focused professional who brings together project management, business development, and operations, and who will help build our German operation.
Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex questions, working from data, and carrying projects independently from idea to implementation? Then join The Body Clinic and help us build and scale our German operation.
We work together, not alone.
Your Mission
At the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology
As Business Development & Operations Project Manager, you will work directly with the founding team and take ownership of the strategic and operational projects driving our growth in Germany. You will make sure our data is complete and consistent, streamline processes, roll out new tools, and work with the team to develop scalable solutions for new products and business models.
You will work side by side with our CEO (a former McKinsey Associate Partner) and the Dutch management team, gaining insight into strategic decision-making and into what it takes to build a fast-growing company.
Deliberately designed as an individual contributor role: you will carry significant responsibility, make decisions independently, and actively shape core initiatives — without direct reports.
Your Responsibilities
What you will drive here
Business development & strategic projects
- Drive strategic growth projects together with the management team.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and potential locations for our expansion in Germany.
- Develop business cases, decision frameworks, and project plans.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models, and support the development of strategic collaborations.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initial idea through successful implementation.
- Analyze our key KPIs and translate them into concrete recommendations.
Operations & process optimization
- Own the rollout of new software solutions — from planning through testing and bug fixing to a successful go-live.
- Work closely with our key users across medical staff, customer care, and management, translating their feedback into concrete product and process improvements.
- Advance automation and continuously develop our process and tooling landscape.
- Optimize existing business processes, analyze end-to-end workflows, and reduce manual steps.
- Build the operational side of new products from day one — with scalable processes, clear workflows, and smooth integration into our existing systems.

- Experience analyzing, optimizing, and documenting business processes

- The ability to structure, prioritize, and reliably advance several projects in parallel
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
