Business Development Representative | Berlin | FinTech Scale-up

My client is a fast-growing FinTech scale-up based in Munich. As one of the market leaders in spend management, they have grown by more than 250% over the past two years and are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to help expand their presence across the DACH market.

What you'll do:

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers to grow the client portfolio.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects, understand their challenges, and introduce finance solutions that add real value.
• Become an expert in solving finance and spend management challenges.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.

Who we're looking for:

• Native-level German and excellent English communication skills.
• A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial attitude.
• Ideally some experience in sales or business development.
• Bonus: Previous BDR/SDR experience or an interest in finance.
