As a Business Development Representative at Synera, your focus is on growing and developing our existing customer base. You'll work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities - introducing customers to new features, AI agents, and modules that unlock even more value.
You sit at the intersection of customer needs, product value, and revenue growth. That means deeply understanding how customers use Synera today, spotting where additional automation or AI agents make sense, and translating those insights into concrete expansion and growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for you if you love relationship-driven sales, strategic conversations, and helping customers get even more out of a solution - all while staying hands‑on, revenue‑focused, and close to the action.
