CONROO is building an intelligent infrastructure that drives terminals and depots towards autonomy by connecting truck drivers, terminals, and depots through continuous data flows. We replace manual and paper-based processes with real-time, data-driven workflows, turning chaos into connected systems and making truck handling fully digital. Responsibilities

As the Business Development Representative, you will make a lasting impact by driving the growth of the company through strategic client acquisition and relationship-building. Your efforts will shape the future of our sales approach, creating a scalable foundation that supports long-term success.

What Success Looks Like

In your first month

  • You will utilise cold calling, personalized emails, networking, and leverage industry events to drive sales.
  • You will develop and implement sales processes and procedures that can be scaled as the company grows.

By 3 months

  • You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our software solution.
  • You will collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our software meets the needs of our clients and stays ahead of the competition.

By 6 months

  • You will create a structured, professional sales strategy that aligns with the company’s values and mission, transitioning from a founder-driven approach to a scalable, team-oriented model.
  • You will execute sales strategies, including identifying target clients, creating sales pipelines, and closing deals.
  • You will build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, processes, and pain points.
  • You will create regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • You will negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company.

Qualifications

  • You are fluent in English, along with German, Spanish, or another additional language
  • You have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally, SaaS), with a proven track record of success in selling complex and high-value software solutions to clients.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our software solution to C-level executives.
  • You possess strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results and a passion for driving revenue growth.
  • You have prior professional experience in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments.
  • You are able to thoroughly understand and analyze complex client processes, systems & operations, to ensure the proper implementation of our product.
  • You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You are based in Munich and able to work from our Munich office 2–3 days per week

Tools and Technologies

  • You are experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize the sales process
