Business Growth Analyst (Madrid based)

The Role

As a Growth Analyst , you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. You will design end-to-end solutions and manage new business streams, collaborating across departments to enhance company performance.

What You\'ll Do

• Contribute to one of Fever\'s key markets, focusing on growth and development.
• Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line.
• Lead global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across different business departments through new plans and events.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
• Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
• Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and department growth.
• Collaborate with people and projects across different markets, with a focus on developing new experiences across markets in an international setting (up to 40 countries).

Who You Are

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics and business role.
• Background in Engineering or Maths /Statistics /Data Analytics /Strategy .
• Experience leveraging big data and analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficient English required; Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore growth opportunities.
