Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys on a project basis in preparing and filing employment-based immigration petitions. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer flexible, project-driven work in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status applications
• Draft legal documents, forms, and correspondence
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to gather documentation and provide case updates
• Maintain electronic case files and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Track case progress and manage immigration calendars
• Conduct legal research as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 2+ years of experience in business immigration law
• Strong understanding of employment-based visa categories, including L-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital collaboration tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PERM labor certification process
• Familiarity with USCIS and Department of Labor procedures
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix)

Compensation:

• Project-based or hourly compensation (based on experience and scope of work)
• Flexible schedule

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
