Business Innovation Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and develop innovative payment and payment-adjacent business models
• Prepare market and competitor analyses, product and business concepts, project plans, business cases and decision papers
• Represent the company’s interests in relevant committees and bodies
• Design and optimize business processes and contribute to the development of product solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in product management, business development and/or project management
• Knowledge of banking and payment processes
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Familiarity with agile working methods and tools (Design Thinking, Scrum, SAFe, Microsoft Teams, Miro, etc.)
