Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI
• Build and improve automated processes using platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, or comparable workflow tools
• Design and implement solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or similar technologies
• Assess use cases for feasibility, benefits, risks, governance, and scalability
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and derive actionable recommendations
• Connect systems via APIs and workflow tools and integrate ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
• Build robust, maintainable workflows
• Design and optimize data flows
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability
• Work closely with business units, IT, data/BI functions, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI in production enterprise environments
• Experience collaborating with business units and in requirements management
• Structured and solution‑oriented working style
• Team player
• Good written and spoken German and English
