Business Intelligence Consultant (f/m/d) - SAP BW / SAP Datasphere

In this role you design end-to-end data models, build robust data pipelines, and deliver high-quality data products for internal stakeholders. You drive data transparency, governance, and KPI frameworks while collaborating with SAP and IT teams. You support the S/4 migration from SAP BW 7.5 to SAP BDC / Datasphere and contribute to a data-driven transformation. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver analytics that enable smarter decisions and measurable impact.

• Design end-to-end data models and robust data pipelines
• Engage business owners to gather and prioritize reporting requirements and ensure governance
• Translate processes into actionable insights and define KPI frameworks
• Support S/4 migration from SAP BW 7.5 to SAP BDC / SAP Datasphere and ensure smooth go-live
• Drove digital transformation by aligning analytics with business objectives in collaboration with SAP and IT teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver effective analytics solutions with SAP and IT Operations

• 7+ years in data engineering with strong SAP BW experience
• 1–2 years working with SAP Datasphere (SAP BDC / Datasphere)
• Strong semantic modeling skills and experience integrating data across SAP and non-SAP environments
• Experience with BI and process mining tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Celonis)
