Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Frankfurt for a Business Operations Specialist with required Chinese language skills due to specific business needs. The role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, including coordinating internal processes, preparing reports, and assisting with data analysis for decision-making. The specialist will communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners, including Chinese-speaking stakeholders, to ensure smooth cooperation and timely resolution of operational issues. Responsibilities also include handling customer service inquiries, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and procedures. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Operations and Business Analysis skills, with the ability to understand and optimize processes.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support operational decisions.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) and good command of English or German to manage international communication.
• Experience in an operations, logistics, or technology-oriented environment is beneficial.
