Business Partner Controller Purchasing (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Business partner to the EMEA Head of Purchasing on all commercial and controlling-related matters
Preparation of the monthly reporting package, including detailed commentary on variances, risks, and opportunities
Analysis of relevant purchasing KPIs and derivation as well as follow-up of appropriate actions
Tracking, validation, and transparent reporting of purchasing savings at EMEA level
Preparation and facilitation of quarterly savings reviews with responsible buyers and managers
Conducting regular make-rate analyses and identifying optimization potential along the value chain
Preparation of business case analyses, benchmarks, and management decision papers
Conducting ad hoc evaluations and special analyses for Purchasing and related business functions
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes within Purchasing
Participating in cross-functional projects to optimize processes, cost structures, and management systems
Continuous development of reporting standards, KPIs, and controlling tools within the purchasing environment

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally in a Purchasing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environment
Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to present and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable way
High affinity for numbers and experience analyzing large data sets
Excellent Excel skills as well as experience with ERP, BI, and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Analysis for Office, or comparable applications)
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with specialists and management teams
High level of initiative, teamwork, and assertiveness
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
