Business Process Engineer with Focus on Configuration (d/f/m)

As part of Ottobock’s Business Process Management, you will design a central configuration framework to standardise products, services, prices, documents and processes across the global organisation. You will develop scalable models that harmonise operations across countries and functions, and partner with Global IT, SAP, Salesforce and project teams to deliver an integrated end-to-end solution. You’ll establish governance for ongoing maintenance and drive pilots, rollouts and change management to realise digital processes at scale. This is a pivotal role shaping Ottobock’s future process and system landscape.

• Design a company-wide configuration framework for standardised representation of products, services, prices, documents and processes
• Develop scalable configuration models to harmonise processes across countries, functions and boundaries
• Collaborate with international business units, Global IT, SAP, Salesforce and other project teams to design an integrated end-to-end solution
• Establish governance structures and standards for sustainable maintenance and development of configuration models
• Contribute to pilots, rollouts and change management for successful digital process implementations

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in configuration, BPM, process engineering or ERP/system implementations
• Understanding of complex business processes across sales, service, manufacturing or patient care value chains and their ERP/system representation
• Experience with or interest in configuration frameworks and variant configuration, ideally SAP environment (e.g., SAP Variant Configuration) or similar platforms
• Very good German and English language skills and enthusiasm for transformation projects
