Business Process Engineer with Focus on Order-to-Cash (d/f/m)

In this role you will shape and optimize the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within Ottobock’s global Patient Care Organisation. You will drive standardisation and implement the new Business Suite, collaborating with international teams, IT, and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery, billing, and cash collection. You will contribute to testing, rollout, and continuous improvement to enable sustainable process quality and impact on patient care. • Design and continuously improve the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process from service delivery to payment receipt
• Analyse current processes to identify optimization opportunities for patient care, service quality and efficiency
• Develop and implement standardised process and system solutions for Order-to-Cash as part of the new Business Suite
• Collaborate with international functions, local organisations, IT and external partners to set global process standards
• Support testing, rollouts and ongoing improvement to ensure successful implementation and sustainable process quality

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in Business Process Management, Process Engineering or ERP/system implementation
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and development within ERP or business applications
• Experience with or strong interest in cross-functional process design, standardisation and optimisation in an international environment
• Very good German and English language skills and enthusiasm for transformation projects
