Business Process Principal Consultant - Customer Industry Solutions (CIS) (f/m/d)

In this role you drive rapid value delivery by leading Industry AI engagements for SAP’s CIS audience. You will shape high-impact AI use cases, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and steward this work from discovery through deployment. You contribute to building reusable AI assets and accelerators that scale across SAP globally. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on integration of AI into manufacturing, energy, and consumer industries, in a cross-functional, growth‑oriented environment.

• Lead customer innovation engagements via discovery workshops and co-innovation sessions to surface valuable Industry AI opportunities.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases with clear KPIs, data readiness, and measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment, including requirements, prototyping, and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver value with a fast, iterative model that demonstrates measurable impact in production within weeks.
• Build and curate the Industry AI portfolio by turning learnings into reusable assets and accelerators for SAP globally.

• 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with hands-on transformation experience.
• Hands-on AI use case expertise focusing on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven product management or consulting excellence with capability to lead senior stakeholder programs.
• Strong customer engagement and emotional intelligence, with experience in executive workshops and discovery sessions.
• Strategic thinking and complex problem solving with ability to translate challenges into executable AI solutions.
• Business acumen and value orientation with ability to quantify ROI and KPIs.
• Strong SAP platform knowledge: S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and cloud-first architecture.
• Clear English communication; German is an advantage.
