Business Process Specialist - Finance Transformation / Accounting to Reporting (f/m/d)

As a Business Process Specialist Finance Transformation, you will lead the design, harmonization and rollout of finance processes and SAP solutions within the transformation program. You will collaborate with Finance, IT and business teams to shape end-to-end A2R processes and support SAP migration and integration efforts. The role focuses on core accounting areas from GL to Asset Accounting and RE-FX, with emphasis on data migrations and accurate mapping into SAP architectures. This is a pivotal role in finance transformation delivering scalable processes and controls.

• Design and harmonize end-to-end processes in GL Accounting, Asset Accounting and RE-FX
• Define requirements for data migrations across financial data objects
• Support fit-gap analyses, process design, test concepts and business sign-off
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, IT and external partners
• Identify process improvements, automation potential and control requirements in the A2R process

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Several years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, General Ledger, Sales, Controlling or related area
• Good understanding of closing processes, master data, posting logic and financial controls
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, especially A2R
• Experience with SAP FI, Asset Accounting, RE-FX or financial data migrations is an advantage
• Experience in SAP projects, ideally migrations, rollouts or transformation programmes
• Strong cross-functional mindset with ability to connect processes across functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex topics
