Business Process Specialist - Finance Transformation / Procure to Pay (f/m/d)

In this role you will lead the design, harmonization and deployment of finance processes and SAP solutions within our transformation program. You will collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to shape end-to-end processes and support SAP migration and integration activities. You’ll contribute to the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across P2P and related finance domains. This is a chance to influence how procurement, payments and treasury operate in a large, international organization.

• Analyze and optimize P2P end-to-end processes considering accounting, payment and control needs
• Support SAP rollouts, process harmonization and data migration for vendor and payment data
• Define and align requirements for Vendor Master Data, VIM, Payment Operations and Bank Accounting
• Ensure functional integration between P2P, Treasury Operations, Accounting and relevant interfaces
• Support testing, cutover and change management activities in international teams

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Several years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related functional areas with exposure to P2P, Accounts Payable, Payments, Bank Accounting, Treasury Operations or similar processes
• Good understanding of vendor master data, invoice processing, payment operations, bank reconciliations and related controls
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly P2P
• Knowledge of SAP FI/AP, VIM, payment formats or treasury accounting integration is an advantage
• Experience in SAP projects, ideally migrations, rollouts or transformation programmes
• Strong cross-functional mindset with ability to connect processes and requirements across functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure and assess complex topics
