Business Programme Lead (m/f/d) Device Protection Services

Your Job Description

• Lead a paid device‑protection programme, offering membership‑style protection plans that combine warranty extensions and accidental damage coverage for connected devices
• Manage strategic programmes from business case development through implementation and rollout
• Own financial modelling, business planning, and delivery against agreed objectives
• Manage vendor selection processes, negotiations, and partnership decisions
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across business, legal, finance, procurement, operations, and technology
• Drive launch readiness, risk management, and execution of key milestones
• Define pilot strategies, success metrics, and provide data‑driven recommendations for scaling
• Monitor performance, costs, and outcomes to support informed business decisions

Your qualification profile

• Experience in insurance, protection programmes, consumer electronics, or after‑sales services, with proven end‑to‑end ownership of strategic programmes
• Experience managing external partners such as insurers, administrators, brokers, or technology platforms, including complex vendor selection processes
• Strong financial acumen with experience in business cases, profitability modelling, unit economics, and commercial performance analysis
• Understanding of insurance distribution models and relevant regulatory considerations, with the ability to identify key compliance requirements
• Excellent executive communication skills, with experience presenting recommendations, investment cases, and strategic decisions to senior stakeholders
• Hands‑on experience with device protection, extended warranty, or similar customer care programmes within a consumer‑focused environment
• Experience with subscription‑based business models and connected device ecosystems is highly desirable
