Your Experience

2–3 years of experience in a leading strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) and exposure to digital or growth projects in manufacturing or tech industries.
Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with a knack for turning insights into actionable solutions.
A passion for leveraging data‑driven experimentation to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
A proactive, creative, and self‑sufficient mindset.
