Business Tech Analyst III – Produtos Financeiros

Responsibilities

• Act on technical refinement, requirements analysis and implementation for integrating payment systems (TEF, POS) with the ecosystem’s points of sale (POS).
• Perform certification/homologation of payment terminals (PinPad, SmartPOS, POS, etc.) and their interaction with other flows in points of sale, gateways and payment schemes.
• Map, diagnose and structure investigations of operational issues, applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to mitigate incidents and operational challenges.
• Contribute to defining metrics and structuring observability and telemetry solutions.
• Maintain structured documentation and effective asynchronous communication with peer teams and stakeholders.
• Support decomposing complex technical requests into incremental, iterative deliveries.

Requirements

• Solid experience in technical business analysis, systems analysis or operation of technology platforms.
• Technical expertise in physical payment systems, including transactional flows of TEF, POS, payment terminals and direct communication with POS software.
• Proactive profile, able to adapt and work autonomously in ambiguous or early-stage structuring scenarios.
