VistaJet GmbH is a leading private aviation group that provides asset‑free business‑aviation solutions. The company operates from its Hamburg office and offers clients flexible flight‑hour subscriptions.

Responsibilities

As a Business Travel Consultant you will liaise with all VistaJet departments to provide internal customers and flight crews with efficient travel solutions. You will support the team seven days a week, working a shift pattern that includes early and late shifts. Your duties include:

• Finding optimal and creative solutions to support crew scheduling travel requests for flight crews on duty
• Processing hotel bookings for flight crews
• Processing flight, hotel and rental car bookings for training and corporate travel
• Processing all related documentation
• Issuing and refunding tickets
• General administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory
• Completed diploma as a Travel Consultant with a focus on business travel or equivalent
• Committed to providing excellent service to flight crews and colleagues
• Creative problem‑solver with a “CAN DO” attitude, able to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
• In-depth IATA knowledge, including the use of Central Reservation Systems such as Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport
• Good organisational and coordination skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Basic knowledge of travel tech tools such as Cytric, Concur, Atriis and Umbrella is an advantage
